Stitch Count on embroidery machines. How much is too much?
Looking for a Brother Innov-is 4000D using the Embroidery Machine. Stitch count is 8327906. Is it too high? What kind of life-Span number of points is typical of these machines?
Remember that these machines are intended to be used in life, if you take care properly. Get the service history of a seller. This gives an indication of the effectiveness of care that been taken. Do not believe the number of points is a clear indication of how the machine was used, as they reset when the service. If this is the number that has since the last service, I prefer to have it checked by a reputable dealer before spending money.
