FPL customers to pay for hurricanes for 12 years
Daytona Beach News-Journal - TALLAHASSEE — As they flip on the lights or crank up the air conditioning, tens of thousands of homeowners in Volusia and Flagler counties will get another lasting reminder of the 2004 and 2005 hurricanes. State regulators Monday approved a plan
